6 DECEMBER 2004
hello

Firstly, thanks as always to those of you who came to see us at the Standard
last month. It was a lot of fun, and a definite party atmosphere as Huw Lloyd Langton (who had opened the show with an acoustic set) joined us after our main set for a 50 minute encore of Litmus, HLL and classic Hawkwind material.

Now, a quick reminder for those of you in the east of the UK that Litmus will be playing at the Twist in Colchester this Friday (10 December). That's our last gig for this year, but we have already got dates lined up at Exeter Phoenix on 15 January and a couple in Wales on March 4 (Swansea) and 5 (Porth).

We're very pleased to see that our album "You Are Here" was reviewed in the
December issue of metal/punk magazine Terrorizer, and awarded a healthy 8/10.

Also, Julian Cope has made "You Are Here" the album of the month at his
excellent Head Heritage website. Read his amazing review of Litmus here: http://www.headheritage.co.uk/unsung/albumofthemonth/1240

That's all for now. Have a good holiday, and we'll see you next year.

love from Litmus.

a quick reminder:
Litmus are playing the Standard in Walthamstow, London this Friday 5 November. Very special guest for the evening is Hawkwind guitar legend Huw
Lloyd Langton, who will be kicking things off with an acoustic set. With full psychedelic lights and projections by LightHouse you are guaranteed to leave the earth behind. This is a rare chance for us to play a full headlining set, and the whole evening should be a lot of fun. Hope to see you there.

advance notice:

10 December 2004 at the Twist in Colchester (headlining)
15 January 2005 at the Phoenix in Exeter (with Ozric Tentacles)
